I came in at the start of December to look for a new sofa for our living room, and ended up buying one for our kitchen instead. I just fell in love with the colour instantly but wasn't certain that the size would fit in the space. I never felt rushed, myself and the lovely lady who helped me in store came and entertained me by sitting on every seat to compare styles and comfortability, and we talked through all of the fabric and colour samples before making the final purchase. I only had to wait 6 weeks for the order and the two guys who came to deliver were super friendly and courteous, taking all of their wrapping with them. I had ordered extra scatter cushions which arrived in the wrong colour, but I've been assured they will be delivered straight from the supplier to my home....fingers crossed. I'm super pleased with my purchase, it looks great in the space and the quality is amazing.

I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent customer service when we recently purchased carpet and a bed for our loft conversion master suite. We always return to you as purchasing from a local family firm is important to us.

Fantastic family run business who genuinely care about their customers. Me and my girlfriend had recently bought a house and DJ offered us different payment options and discount when he didn't have to. Sofa arrived on time and is the comfiest thing in the world, absolutely faultless experience.

When we called in to look for a new bed, Julie was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and patient and gave us time to browse before finally picking one!

The bed has been delivered this morning and the two chaps were brilliant! We had paid for the disposal service so they removed old bed and then set up the new one - no hassle or problems.

I have recently purchased two mattresses from Coytes and both times they have made the experience a pleasant one. I ordered the bed frame for the second mattress from a large furniture chain over 18 weeks ago and my delivery was pushed back week after week with little to no correspondence . Coytes were really understanding and had no problem holding our order in their warehouse for as long as we wanted. Then when I called for delivery, they arranged that for the same day! 10/10 for customer service and value for money.

My wife and I were looking for mattresses after a bad experience buying online. They had lots of mattresses on display and with help from John we had decided on what we wanted in about 15 minutes. A super easy painless experience we can recommend them without hesitation.

Love these guys. Seems like nothing is too much effort, quality is only matched by the value and you get a real sense of them wanting you to buy the right thing.
Parking is easy, disabled access is superb with a dedicated lift to get you upstairs.

Big thanks to DJ and Pete for an outstanding delivery of 2 massive sofas requiring 2 doors to be removed and replaced. Excellent customer service and a never give up attitude. Brilliant service. I would definitely recommend Coytes.

A family member recently bought a sofa from your store. I was very impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of your staff and the relaxed and unpressured atmosphere in the store. Having been badly let down by Argos 3 times we were delighted to have the sofa (a display item) delivered the next day. The delivery men deserve praise too for an awkward delivery of a large sofa to a second floor flat.

My mattress was delivered today in appalling weather conditions. They also moved my old mattress into my shed, all done in torrential rain and with good humour. I am most appreciative of this excellent service. Coytes really does look after its customers - thank you!!!!!

What I also should, of course, have also mentioned is that I ordered the mattress on Sunday and, hey presto, it's delivered on Thursday - that's service for you.

Can really recommend this company, from the helpful, calm, friendly service we received in the store to the delivery men who unpacked and assembled all the furniture. As there was a miniscule chip caused during transport, on one of the legs of the sofa, Dave returned today to replace the leg, just three days after the initial delivery. Wish every company offered the same excellent service, value for money and excellent quality. You will definitely be seeing us again!
